Return Policy

Refunds and Exchanges.

We hope that you will be happy with everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, please email us at upon receiving your order to arrange a refund. We offer a 14 day return policy upon receipt of delivery. Your package must be back to us before your 14th day to receive a refund.

When returning to us, please place your returned items in their original packaging and do not remove any labels, hygiene sticker or tags. Please ensure that products have not been soiled and all in its original packaging. If these are not in place or item seems to have been worn, we can reasonably decline your refund and send it back to you.

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Keep your certificate (tracking number) of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. We recommend you get the item tracked as items can go missing. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.


Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item however, card refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank. Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s payment.
No refunds will be accepted for items on sale or purchased using discount coupon codes or through any other promotions or clearances.


Exchanges are available on swimwear purchased from the site only. Please email us. You will need to send the package back to us first unworn, then your exchange will be shipped providing you have sent shipping costs to our paypal. Details will be given through email.

Cancellation Rights

In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your contract with us at any time within 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the items which are subject to the contract (“cooling-off period”).

To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period to:

You must take reasonable care of the items that you wish to cancel and do not wear them. If you cancel your contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you, including delivery charges, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.
